Last night I stepped on the scale and felt horrible about myself. I haven’t been doing well on my weight loss, a better way to say that is I have been gaining weight and I want to throw up every time I get on the scale. Today I started fresh and new so I need to keep it that way. HELP!
I want to go up to Honey Boo Boo’s mother and say “Listen, as much of a awesome person you think you are, you’re ruing your daughters life. If she is 500 pounds at the age of 12 image how she’s going to feel when she becomes a teenager that is gigantic. You are killing her physically and setting her up for a horrible life. I wish my parents would have told me not to eat the shit I was eating while I was growing up and maybe I wouldn’t look the way I do.”
Everyone is like LOL spring break bod, and I’m here like I still have a year to go…

I honestly just do the elliptical and lift weights (12-15) and sometimes I do crunches but the slower you lose the weight the less loose skin you will have. Loosing 20 pounds in a week is not going to help, I can promise that. Slow and steady wins the race:) hope that helps!
