Journey That’s Already Started
Sooooo, I’m going to summer school and my class is from 11-12 and then from 12:15-1:15 I go to the gym. It’s working out quite well and I’m super excited that I’m already starting to lose weight and I just started on Monday!
Right now I’m almost at my highest weight…. 262, UGH.
I really want to get down to 225 at the end of the summer (August 6th) and then 200 by the end of fall and then less and less after that.
I just need at the support and willpower I can get!
Last night I stepped on the scale and felt horrible about myself. I haven’t been doing well on my weight loss, a better way to say that is I have been gaining weight and I want to throw up every time I get on the scale. Today I started fresh and new so I need to keep it that way. HELP!
